ContactFlow Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 2025
Effective Date: September 2025
1. Introduction
ContactFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how
we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ContactFlow
(the "App").
🔒 Your Privacy is Our Priority
ContactFlow does NOT transmit any personal data outside of your device. All your data remains
completely private and local. The App only makes native app calls (such as opening your device's contact app
or calendar app) when you explicitly choose to do so. We never send your personal information, contacts, call
logs, messages, or location data to external servers or third parties. Everything is stored and processed
locally on your device.
By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you
do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
ContactFlow is designed to work with your existing device data and does not collect personal information from
external sources. We access the following data that you already have on your device:
- Contact Information: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses from your
device's contact list
- Call Logs: Call history including phone numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call
types (incoming, outgoing, missed)
- Calendar Events: Event titles, descriptions, dates, times, locations, and attendees
from your device's calendar
- SMS/MMS Messages: Message content, timestamps, and phone numbers for conversation
grouping
- Location Data: Your current location (only when you use location-based features like
travel time calculations)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Group SMS messages into conversation threads for better organization
- Calculate travel times between locations when you request this feature
- Create calendar events based on your communication history
- Display your recent contacts and activities in a unified interface
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
All your data is stored exclusively on your device using SQLite database. We do not transmit
any personal information to external servers whatsoever. The App includes:
- Local caching of contact information for improved performance
- Local storage of call logs and SMS data for conversation grouping
- Local calendar event caching for faster access
- Intelligent memory management with automatic cleanup of old cached data
4.2 Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:
- All data is stored locally on your device using secure database practices
- We use Android's built-in security features and permission system
- Data is automatically cleaned up to prevent excessive storage usage
- No personal data is ever transmitted to external servers - all data remains private and local on your device
- The only external communications are native app calls to your device's built-in applications (contacts, calendar, phone), which you explicitly initiate
5. Permissions We Request
ContactFlow requests the following permissions to provide its functionality:
5.1 Essential Permissions
- READ_CONTACTS: To access your contact list for displaying contact information

Note: You can deny optional permissions and still use most of the App's features. Essential
permissions are required for core functionality.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
ContactFlow does not transmit, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any personal information to external
servers or third parties. All your data remains on your device.
The only way your information may leave your device is through native app calls that you explicitly initiate:
- Native App Integration: When you explicitly choose to share information through native app
calls (e.g., opening a contact in your device's contact app, making a call through your device's phone app,
or creating a calendar event in your device's calendar app). These actions are handled by your device's
native applications, not by ContactFlow servers.
No personal data is ever transmitted to external servers. We do not use analytics services
or crash reporting services that would access your personal information.
7. Third-Party Services
ContactFlow integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Maps: For displaying maps and calculating travel times (when location permission
is granted)
- Device Calendar Apps: For reading and creating calendar events
- Device Contact Apps: For accessing and managing contact information
- Device Phone Apps: For making calls and accessing call logs
These integrations use your device's native apps and do not transmit data to external servers.

with personal information, please contact us.

Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy
Policy periodically for any changes.
